By signing up as an Artist/Translator/Engineer/Musician, you hereby confirm and declare that if you do not respect these guidelines, your account may be terminated by VoicesBazaar.com without prior notice and appropriate legal action will be taken, wherever necessary.
General Terms and Conditions
Transfer of Data - Any content that we possess, might be subjected to unencrypted transfer or might involve transmissions over various networks. However, all information related to credit card/debit card, bank details are always encrypted during transfer over networks. By conforming to our terms of service you also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell or misuse any part of the content published through our website without explicit permission from us in writing over email.
Availability of Vendor - Services through our vendors are subject to their availability. We do not bear responsibility for the unavailability of any product or service through our website. By signing up as an artist and thereafter by accepting to work on projects with VoicesBazaar.com, you hereby confirm and declare that you will keep confidential all content/script received from the platform for executing VoicesBazaar.com's projects. You hereby confirm that you shall use the content only for the purpose it is intended for and not share it with anyone other than the said VoicesBazaar.com representative. VoicesBazaar.com reserves the right to modify the artist fee(s) at any given point of time without giving any notice or reason(s) thereof.
Quality of Work
VoicesBazaar.com is a premium voice-over and audio production platform which gives utmost importance to quality of work. VoicesBazaar.com reserves the right to reject an artist's work and modify or cancel their fee, if the produced work is not of the highest quality.
Security

Payment Procedures and Policies
Payments Terms - Artists
Payments to artists are subject to the payments received from the client; we shall undertake our best efforts to close the payments within a 45 working-day window from the receipt of the artist's invoice.
Cancellation / Refund Policy for Clients
We adhere to strict standards for voiceovers and audio production and are committed to provide excellent voice and audio production to all our clients.
To ensure the quickest delivery times, our team gets started on your project as soon as an artist is hired at VoicesBazaar.com. Accordingly, once an artist is approved and the payment process has been completed, it cannot be in any form, canceled or modified.
In the event that a project gets expired/rejected due to the artist's unavailability. VoicesBazaar.com may return any advance received for that particular job or provide an alternate artist (which is acceptable to the client) for the job.
Cookies
While providing you a simplified online experience, VoicesBazaar.com currently uses "Cookies” only for user authentication/authorisation.
VoicesBazaar.com currently does not use “Cookies” for collecting client data. However, in the future if VoicesBazaar.com integrates the use of such “Cookies”, it will be optional and at the sole discretion of the user. You also declare that any piece of audio/art created by you for any VoicesBazaar.com project becomes the property of VoicesBazaar.com and its client and the same shall not be shared/used by you for any purpose outside of the said project.
